These Terms of Use govern the use of the SmartIntro system and services provided by SmartIntro d.o.o., Ul. Malešnica II 19, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 65142344288.
The user registers via email address. The user is responsible for the security of their login credentials.
The service is intended for personal, non-commercial use. It is prohibited to use the service for illegal purposes, attempt unauthorized access to the system, or interfere with the operation of the service.
SmartIntro software, design and content are the property of SmartIntro d.o.o. The user receives a license to use, not ownership rights.
SmartIntro d.o.o. is not liable for damage caused by internet connection interruption, hardware failure, or power outage. The system does not replace a professional security system.
SmartIntro d.o.o. reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user account in case of violation of these terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. The court in Zagreb has jurisdiction for all disputes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or the application.
